General Terms and Conditions of the Ski School Bayrischzell!

The Ski School Bayrischzell rejects any liability for accidents, theft, damage and losses that occur during, before and after the lessons, as well as on your own arrival. Participation in all courses is at your own risk. Course participants are responsible for accident and liability insurance.

Price shifts/cancellations 

In the event of course postponements/cancellations that are not the responsibility of the Bayrischzell Ski School, a refund is possible. Individual missed course days can be made up in subsequent courses. If none takes place, there is no entitlement to a refund of the course fee. Normally, an alternative for the course is offered.

If the number of participants required for the course is not reached, the teaching time will be reduced accordingly.

Missed course days 

Missed course days cannot be made up. We cannot refund the course fees after the start of the course.

Course

The registration is only binding for us when the total amount for the course has been received by us.

Resignation

Cancellation is possible up to three days before the start of the course. In case of later cancellation, 20% of the course fee will be due.

Course cancellations

If the course has to be cancelled due to weather-related influences (force majeure), the courses or individual course days will be made up within four weeks if possible, after which the claim expires

Illness

If you are ill on a course day, you will be refunded the share of the remaining course fee if you cancel up to one hour before the start of the course (fax, e-mail, call) and present a medical certificate.

Lift tickets 

Costs for points or day tickets are to be borne by the course participant.

Information on data protection 

Skischule Bayrischzell GbR is granted the right to publish photos and videos taken by the ski school and showing the course participant(s) on its website.

Despite Corona, we will experience fantastic moments in the snow again this winter. We are fully aware of our responsibility and will - in addition to the official requirements - offer you the greatest possible safety with our hygiene and protection concept. Our concept has been developed according to the current status and can be adapted or expanded at any time.

Customers can view the hygiene and protection concept of the Ski School Bayrischzell at any time on our homepage and inform themselves. The same applies to our teachers. Compliance with applicable distance and hygiene rules must be observed as far as they are feasible in the classroom and in the organization (especially for children). The ski school may at any time order exclusion from participation in courses in the presence of infection or symptoms. Thus, the regular cancellation conditions apply in case of cancellation by the ski school. In case of withdrawal by the customer in the presence of infection or symptoms, the cancellation conditions apply by cancellation of the customer. Customers are obliged to inform the Bayrischzell Ski School immediately and truthfully in the event of infections or symptoms. Covid-19 infected or people with Covid-19 symptoms cannot participate in the course. For guests under the age of 18, this confirmation must be confirmed by their legal guardians. The reasonable liability of the ski school for damages that are not bodily injury is limited. Participation in the course is at your own risk, insofar as damage was caused intentionally, or through gross negligence.
